If you visit our login page, we will set a temporary cookie to determine if your browser accepts cookies. When you log in, we will also set up several cookies to save your login information and display preferences.
We also use third-party measuring tools and pixels (Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Pixel) to analyze traffic and deliver targeted promotional advertising. You can control or disable advertising tracking through your browser settings or opt-out portals like the Network Advertising Initiative (NAI).
Embedded Content from Other Websites
Articles on this site may include embedded content (e.g., videos, images, articles, etc.). Embedded content from other websites behaves exactly as if the visitor has visited the other website. These websites may collect data about you, use cookies, embed additional third-party tracking, and monitor your interaction.
Information We Collect
We collect personal and non-personal data through automated interactions, account registrations, checkouts, and contest submissions:
– Account & E-Commerce Data: Full name, email address, billing/shipping address, phone number, and order metadata via WooCommerce. Payment processing is handled securely via third-party gateways; we do not store credit card numbers.
– AI Creation & Design Data: Textual prompts, style parameters, and user preferences submitted to the AI image generator. We also store generated media files and link them to your account.
– Viral Contest Data: Raffle ticket records, social media share URLs, and winner logs for the Printive Viral Contest.
– Technical Data: IP address, browser type, device details, and diagnostic logs.
How We Use Your Data
Your data helps us to:
– Process and manufacture your custom AI artwork orders and ship them to you.
– Manage contests, calculate ticket distributions, and notify winners.
– Deliver transactional updates, customer support, and resolve disputes.
– Analyze generated artwork preferences and debug errors to improve our AI tools.
– Prevent fraud, secure our network, and perform promotional remarketing.
Who We Share Your Data With
We share select operational data with trusted vendor partners under confidentiality agreements:
– Print-on-Demand Fulfillment (Printful): We transmit your AI design, garment specifications, and shipping details to Printful, Inc. to manufacture and deliver your physical products. Printful is prohibited from using your data for secondary marketing.
– Payment Processing Gateways: Encrypted transaction details are passed to authorized financial clearinghouses (e.g., PayPal, Stripe).
– Advertising & Analytics Platforms: Anonymous browsing sessions and conversion data are shared with Google and Meta for analytics and targeted advertising.
We never sell your personal data.
How Long We Retain Your Data & Technical Rationale
To maintain server performance, high-speed rendering, and predictable print operations, generated media assets and account records are retained according to the following tiered lifecycle:
– Comments: Retained indefinitely.
– Non-Logged-in (Guest) Cache (24 Hours): Visual assets created by unauthenticated visitors are stored in temporary scratchpad buffers for twenty-four (24) hours solely to allow visitors to preview products on the mockup canvas and proceed to checkout or account registration without data loss. Unordered guest files are automatically purged after 24 hours to prevent server storage bloat.
– Registered Member Creations (7 Days): Artworks generated by logged-in members remain accessible in “My Recent AI Artworks” for seven (7) calendar days. This retention window provides creators ample time to edit, remix, or select garment variations before purchasing, after which unpurchased drafts are automatically cleaned up.
– Purchased / Ordered Print Files (30 Days): High-resolution (300 DPI) print-ready files associated with completed or paid WooCommerce orders are securely retained on our servers for thirty (30) calendar days from the order date. This guarantees seamless manufacturing with Printful, customer access in the “My Ordered AI Designs” portal, and expedited reprint processing if an item arrives damaged.
– Featured Showcase (Permanent Immunity): Artworks selected and registered for our public Featured Showcase enjoy permanent Immunity Guard protection against automated cleanup schedules.
– Registered Users & E-commerce Data: WooCommerce commercial order ledgers and billing records are retained for a minimum of seven (7) years to comply with statutory tax and accounting regulations. General account data remains active until the user requests account closure.
– Viral Contest Archives: Winning entries and submitted verification claims are permanently preserved for legal sweepstakes auditability.
Gallery Privacy Mode & Administrative Oversight
– Peer-to-Peer Privacy: When the platform or customer gallery is set to “Private Mode”, your generated artworks, mockup configurations, and creative prompts are restricted and concealed from public visitors and other store customers. Other users cannot browse, search, copy, or remix your private designs.
– Legitimate Administrative Access: Setting gallery privacy to “Private” does not restrict authorized system administrators from viewing generated media assets or creation metadata. Internal administrative oversight is maintained exclusively for legitimate business and operational necessities:
1. Content Moderation & Legal Compliance: Auditing prompts and imagery to prevent violations of our Prohibited Content guidelines, protect third-party intellectual property, and satisfy statutory requirements imposed by our AI API providers (Google Gemini, OpenAI) and manufacturing partners (Printful).
2. Customer Support & Quality Assurance: Investigating rendering anomalies, resolving layout and sizing discrepancies, assisting with order issues, and inspecting print quality.
3. Fulfillment Auditing: Ensuring uploaded and generated artwork files meet required commercial print dimensions and 300 DPI resolution standards before transmitting them to factory production lines.
Your Rights Over Your Data (Including GDPR & CCPA)
Depending on your residency, you are entitled to statutory legal rights regarding your data:
– Receive an exported file of your personal data.
– Update, edit, or rectify inaccurate billing addresses or phone numbers.
– Request that we erase any personal data we hold about you (excluding data we must keep for legal, accounting, or security purposes).
– Withdraw consent for marketing emails or social media claim storage.
Data Security
All collected data is encrypted and stored securely. We use standard security protocols (SSL/HTTPS) for all data transit. Database passwords and administrator sessions are secured via robust hashing algorithms.
Policy Updates
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised “Last Updated” date. Continued use of our site after updates indicates your acceptance of the revised policy.
